Yoga is an incredible tool for developing self-love, self-understanding, acceptance, and ultimately, happiness. There are countless different ways to practice yoga off and on the mat, and I believe it can help strengthen and fortify the mind, the soul, and the body. Cultivating a steady yoga practice can be life changing, and I am honored to assist you in any way I can on your own yogic journey.

“I signed up for Kelsey’s restorative yoga class on a whim one day and became an instant regular. Kelsey provides a secure and welcoming space, guiding you into a trance like state with her meditative voice. Kelsey incorporates interesting topics and insights into her work inviting the receiver to follow along on the given journey. Taking yoga with Kelsey was always a great reset for me and helped me appreciate relaxation in a new way.”~ Julie

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a sumptuous practice that allows us to relax completely into a state of deep rest and healing. The goal of restorative yoga is not physical; rather, it’s about activating your parasympathetic nervous system and allowing yourself to be more receptive to healing, rest, and calm. Restorative yoga classes are composed of 4 – 7 poses per class, all of which are performed on the floor with the support of pillows, blankets, bolsters, blocks etc. Class always includes an *optional* massage with essential oils to enhance deep relaxation.

I offer restorative yoga classes in both public and private settings. Schedule a call for more information!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a form of physical yoga that connects the movement of the body with the breath. I teach a form of slower-flow vinyasa that help us open, stretch, and strengthen while also releasing the monkey mind and cultivating a greater sense of calm. Classes are typically set to music and are often connected to astrological or life themes. A typical class includes breathing, physical poses, a focus on alignment and emotional release, and optional use of essential oils.

Available for both public and private/small group classes. Schedule a call for more information!

Yoga for Beginners

The purpose of these workshops/series is to help students gain a baseline understanding of the physical practice of yoga so that they can walk into any studio feeling comfortable, safe, and ready to participate. We review different breath techniques that can be used during class and we learn how to enter, hold, and transition between foundational yoga poses safely and with the appropriate modifications for individual bodies.

This can be done workshop style in small groups or in private lessons. Schedule a call with me to find out more!
